Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in transformation or technology leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of AI tools, large language models, automation platforms, and underlying technical architectures.
- Previous experience driving AI adoption initiatives within medium to large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated consulting experience with the ability to lead research-driven engagements.
- Strong background in Agile development environments.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills to evaluate impact, ROI, and risk factors.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders from executive management to technical engineers.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the AI Transformational team to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact AI initiatives.
- Serve as an internal AI champion, leading iterative discovery engagements to assess business processes and develop actionable AI solutions.
- Evaluate the AI vendor landscape and emerging technologies to determine feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage a team of technical business analysts, technical leads, and support resources.
- Establish and manage an enterprise AI intake and prioritization framework.
- Collaborate with Business Systems Product Owners to align quarterly roadmaps with AI initiatives.
- Develop and execute an enterprise AI literacy strategy.
- Establish governance frameworks addressing AI-specific risks, including data privacy and ethics.
