Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with scaled Ad Platforms or systems.
- Proven record of managing and scaling teams of 10+ Product Managers.
- Experience building and scaling consumer or Advertising products.
- Strong background in building and running diverse and inclusive teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and executive-level stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with advertiser interfaces like Campaign Managers, Business Suites, or Creative Tooling is preferred.
- Technical background, such as a CS degree or previous experience as a Software Engineer, is preferred.
- Deep understanding of LLMs and ML-driven recommendations for customer-facing solutions is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a 3-year product roadmap for the Ads platform.
- Transition the platform toward automation, ML-driven recommendations, and agentic workflows.
- Own the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding and identity to campaign management and performance reporting.
- Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing organization of Product Managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align complex delivery mechanics with user-centric interface design.
- Drive internationalization and agency-specific features to capture global market share.
