Requirements
- 4+ years in product management, with significant time in a technical or SaaS role.
- Hands-on experience building or shipping with AI agents, LLM applications, or agentic coding tools.
- Strong verbal communication and executive presence.
- Ability to turn complex problems into clear, structured written documentation.
- Working knowledge of APIs, the Model Context Protocol (MCP), cloud architecture, and modern web technologies (Drupal and Kubernetes).
- Track record of delivering software in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Experience in cloud computing, enterprise content management, developer tooling, or digital experience platforms (DXP).
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the product vision and strategy for Acquia Agent Experience.
- Use agentic coding tools to prototype flows, draft specifications, and create working demos.
- Communicate roadmap and value to customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver features from prompt to production.
- Prioritize the product backlog including agent governance and autonomous issue resolution.
- Develop product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle for AI features.
- Track adoption and customer outcomes to optimize for value.
