Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management within modern B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of owning core product areas end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or equivalent related experience.
- Strong experience designing and iterating on complex, workflow-heavy, mission-critical products.
- In-depth knowledge of product management best practices and data fluency.
- Ability to turn messy operational problems into elegant product solutions.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-driven, accountable approach.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for core maintenance tools including work orders, inspections, issues, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to execute on product vision.
- Deeply understand the operational realities of in-house and outsourced maintenance teams to build connected systems.
- Guide features through the entire creative cycle from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization.
- Communicate product vision, trade-offs, and roadmap updates to stakeholders, executives, and customers.
- Generate and test hypotheses to iterate on product experiences and drive adoption.
