Requirements

- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience managing strong PMs while empowering independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and define problems from scratch
- Proven track record of driving products from concept to real-world impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills working with engineering, AI, and GTM teams
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production
- Own a portfolio of solutions across enterprise customers and set priorities across parallel engagements
- Support and mentor PMs to help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock execution
- Identify patterns across solutions to push for platform reuse and productization
