Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product management.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing other PMs.
- Track record in fast-growing B2B SaaS environments.
- Expertise in navigating ambiguous, high-stakes product decisions.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to define and track business metrics.
- Technical depth to engage substantively with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.
- Sharp customer and market intuition.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Bias for action balanced with the discipline to say no and see initiatives through.
Responsibilities
- Set the product vision and strategy while making evidence-based prioritization decisions.
- Drive product execution by maintaining a transparent rhythm of delivery and tracking key indicators.
- Own the measurement framework to tie product decisions to business outcomes.
- Manage and develop a small team of PMs by modeling product thinking and providing direct feedback.
- Partner with engineering to earn technical credibility and resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Communicate complex product strategies to customers and executives to generate buy-in.
