Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience leading Product Managers
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact
- Experience balancing speed, quality, and scale in product development
- Ability to operate in high ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams through 0-to-1 product delivery
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience navigating competing needs and constraints of enterprise customers
- Ability to set direction while empowering team ownership and independent decision-making
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve and define success metrics
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements
- Support PMs in the day-to-day of running solutions, prioritizing work, and unblocking challenges
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization in collaboration with the Platform team
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and effectiveness
