Proven experience leading product managers in a people leadership role.
Hands-on product management experience in CI/CD pipelines, artifact or package management, release management, or observability.
Ability to own a broad portfolio and align teams around a shared product vision.
Technical fluency to work with engineers and architects on pipeline design and deployment strategies.
Experience working with technical customers in developer tools or DevOps environments.
Comfort with pricing and packaging decisions for technical products across free and commercial offerings.
Strong communication and influence skills to align stakeholders and customers.
Practical experience using AI tools in product management workflows.
Thoughtful understanding of how AI and agentic workflows are changing software delivery.

Lead a team of senior and principal product managers across Continuous Integration, Artifact Management, Continuous Deployment, and Observability.
Define the product strategy and long-term vision for GitLab's Agentic Software Delivery portfolio.
Connect portfolio decisions across build, package, deploy, and monitor experiences for a coherent customer journey.
Collaborate with engineering leadership on platform investments, architectural direction, and trade-offs.
Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market alignment across cross-functional partners to support commercial growth.
Use customer insight and product data to guide roadmap prioritization and improve adoption and retention.
Champion migration paths for customers moving to advanced AI-enabled delivery models.
Model AI-native product management using AI tools for discovery, synthesis, and prototyping.
