Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise B2B SaaS environments, ideally with complex, integration-heavy systems.
  • Proven experience managing third-party platforms, including vendor governance, buy/build decisions, and roadmap coordination.
  • Strong background working with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, user-focused product features.
  • Hands-on experience with AI product development, including LLM-based workflows, agentic use cases, or prototype development.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data models, integration architecture, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks, or similar).
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear communication for executive and client stakeholders.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes without direct ownership of all execution streams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the product roadmap for occupancy planning and sustainability platforms, translating stakeholder input into clear, executable priorities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders to identify workflow challenges and validate product direction.
  • Oversee and govern third-party platforms, including vendor management, configuration oversight, roadmap alignment, and enhancement prioritization.
  • Design and validate AI-driven product enhancements by building prototypes and identifying agentic AI use cases in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Write detailed integration and technical specifications for APIs, data pipelines, and system architecture to guide engineering execution.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives and communicate performance outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Act as the key connector between business teams, engineering, analytics, and external vendors to ensure cohesive product delivery.
