Proven track record of defining product strategy for complex areas and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong product sense with an ability to identify valuable user solutions and ship meaningful work.
Sharp problem framing capabilities to reduce ambiguity and tighten project scope.
Outcome ownership mindset focused on delivering impact and making evidence-based decisions.
Technical fluency, potentially including a CS degree, early-stage startup development experience, or a portfolio of built projects.
AI-native profile: active user of LLMs and AI coding tools for product development.
Ability to decompose problems for AI agents and combine AI-driven speed with human judgment.
Commercial fluency with an understanding of revenue levers.
Strong opinionated communication style, with the ability to hold opinions loosely.
High adaptability and bias toward action in a fast-changing environment.

Own a customer journey or a complex feature set end-to-end, including discovery, definition, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Set and maintain a high quality bar, making hard tradeoffs between business goals and customer experience.
Utilize AI-native workflows in daily work for discovery, analysis, prototyping, instrumentation, and code contributions.
Multiply the team by acting as a peer-builder and designing systems that enable faster shipping.
Serve as a flexible operator who ramps quickly and collaborates across team boundaries.
Help build the AI-native PM function by sharing knowledge, teaching others, and setting standards.
