Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on analytics or data-driven products.
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams.
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical analytics domain with an understanding of healthcare workflows.
- 3+ years of experience supporting the development of data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
- Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data (preferred).
- Understanding of data science concepts including predictive modeling and machine learning (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements from business and clinical teams to inform product development.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications for data science and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and design teams to translate requirements into actionable concepts.
- Lead the design and development of backend data and analytics architecture.
- Facilitate trade-off discussions among stakeholders to balance speed, scalability, and quality.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Own technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and architecture specifications.
- Mentor and guide junior product managers.
- Contribute to overall product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
