Requirements
- 2+ years of professional product management experience, preferably working on political tech, data-intensive, or B2B products.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and iteration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Excellent communicator, collaborator, and storyteller, capable of inspiring teams and articulating a clear vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adept at user research and able to effectively synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into a coherent and prioritized product roadmap.
- Strong passion for our mission and an interest in the progressive political ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Manage the strategy, roadmap, and marketing for a portfolio of products.
- Work with our clients and internal users to gather, synthesize, and prioritize user feedback.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, and our research team to scope requirements and guide product development from conception to launch.
- Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear product specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Demo new product features to clients, develop product marketing materials, and clearly articulate the value of our tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of the progressive political ecosystem to ensure our product strategy anticipates and meets the most pressing needs of our users.
