Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 1–2+ years in a management role.
- 3+ years of experience in healthtech, ideally in RCM, denials management, coding, or B2B clinical workflows.
- Track record of scaling an established product and contributing to 0-to-1 initiatives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and UX.
- Experience managing external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the SmarterDenials teams - Appeal Writer, Management, and expansions.
- Prioritize initiatives that drive measurable clinical and commercial outcomes.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Understand the SmarterDx user and buyer market, including payer behavior, denial patterns, and RCM workflows.
- Engage customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics for product performance and adoption.
- Support cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers through the product development lifecycle.
