Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience in Ads Quality or building Advertiser-facing products.
  • Proven track record as an experienced people manager.
  • Experience developing product visions that result in quantifiable business growth.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing people managers and leading multi-layered organizations (preferred).
  • Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields (preferred).
  • Experience leading Machine Learning product teams or shipping ML-driven features (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Hire, mentor, and develop a world-class team of Product Managers.
  • Define and champion the long-term product vision for advertising products.
  • Translate complex advertiser needs into a cohesive, high-impact roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, and Marketing to launch products.
  • Own key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive end-to-end execution of features.
  • Craft compelling product narratives and present updates to executive leadership.
  • Stay at the forefront of ad tech evolution to identify emerging opportunities.
