Requirements
- Professional software engineering experience with production software delivery.
- Understanding of security risks associated with integrating AI systems with real data and tools.
- Experience owning a product end-to-end, such as in a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer role.
- Deep, hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered systems and building with AI tools.
- Strong technical understanding of agents, model evaluations, and failure modes.
- Proven 0-to-1 track record building products or tools from scratch.
- Business acumen to identify automatable processes within sales, finance, and operations teams.
- Exceptional written communication skills for a documentation-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery across all company departments to map workflows and identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- Prototype initial versions of AI agents and automations using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and agent frameworks.
- Translate prototypes into well-defined, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
- Define and maintain quality standards, including evals, guardrails, edge cases, and observability for automations.
- Manage the product development lifecycle by clearing blockers, making scope decisions, and ensuring continuous delivery.
- Drive adoption by rolling out new automations and iterating based on user feedback.
- Set the long-term vision and roadmap for internal AI agent development.
