Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP supporting high-growth GTM or sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales motions (SDR, AE, CS), performance metrics, and productivity drivers.
- Proven experience coaching sales leaders and managing performance in quota-carrying environments.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner while maintaining hands-on execution.
- Proficiency in using data to influence decisions and challenge leadership constructively.
- Strong judgment in handling employee relations and navigating ambiguity.
- Experience partnering with globally distributed teams across time zones.
- Deep knowledge of HR programs, practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience building and facilitating training, workshops, and development programs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the HRBP to GTM leaders in Sales, CS, and Marketing, deeply understanding revenue drivers and regional expansion plans.
- Partner with GTM leadership to translate business goals into org design, talent, and performance strategies.
- Coach frontline and second-line sales leaders on performance management, accountability, and building high-performing teams.
- Support manager effectiveness, including inspection rigor, feedback culture, and consistent performance standards.
- Drive performance management processes with a focus on differentiating top vs. low performers.
- Identify and address performance, retention, and engagement risks within GTM teams using data.
- Advise on org structure and coverage models to support scale and efficiency.
- Lead talent reviews and succession planning for key GTM roles.
- Manage employee relations issues with sound judgment and balance.
