- Co-Own Marketing GTM Strategy (with Head of Demand Generation)
- Partner with the Head of Demand Generation to define how Marketing drives pipeline and revenue across inbound, outbound, ABM, and enterprise motions
- Align on ICP prioritization, segmentation, channel mix, and campaign strategy
- Ensure tight connection between strategic direction and program execution
- Own marketing pipeline targets, forecasts, and performance against plan
- Develop and manage models for pipeline generation, conversion, and ROI across channels
- Provide visibility into performance and ensure both strategy and execution are aligned to hit targets
- Own and manage the marketing technology budget and overall investment strategy
- Partner with Demand Gen and Finance to allocate budget across channels, programs, and tools
- Continuously evaluate ROI and reallocate resources to maximize pipeline and efficiency
