  • Support business partners in preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms.
  • Review and monitor contracts for compliance with procurement requirements.
  • Partner with Legal and CISO for security and privacy assessments.
  • Manage vendor agreement life cycles and renewals calendar.
  • Establish, measure, and report on OKRs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Finance for quarterly spend analyses and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
  • Partner with IT for integrating Source-to-Pay systems and processes.
  • Create training content and change management materials.
  • Promote long-term savings on procurement costs.
