Requirements:
- Proven leadership capabilities with extensive experience in project management and technology transformation initiatives within procurement.
- In-depth knowledge of procure-to-pay systems (Zip, Coupa, Ariba, or similar).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly to meet dynamic business needs.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen focus on driving cost reduction and strategic sourcing.
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in technology industry or management consulting.
- Experience in implementing and managing procurement technology and processes.
- Demonstrated ability in leading cost reduction and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic procurement initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Manage and drive the implementation of procurement technology and process improvements.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and efficient procurement operations.
- Negotiate with external vendors to optimize costs and terms, while ensuring the procurement process aligns with company policies and compliance standards.
- Analyze procurement data to make informed recommendations on cost-saving and strategic sourcing initiatives.
