Grants and Procurement Manager (full-time position)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least five (5) years’ experience as a procurement, subcontracts, and/or grants specialist.
• Deep knowledge of USAID’s regulations and contractual, grant, and procurement requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proven leadership, versatility, and integrity.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage program subawards from pre-award through post award and closeout.
• Draft calls for proposals and conduct outreach to potential applicants.
• Conduct pre-award risk assessments and evaluate proposals.
• Review subaward financial reports and invoices, and monitor compliance.
• Work with grantees to establish reporting frameworks and money controls.
• Ensure all grants documentation is stored in Zinc’s systems.
• Lead responses to USAID regarding compliance requirements.
• Maintain subaward budget trackers and provide budget analysis.
• Train project staff on grant implementation and compliance.
• Track and monitor subaward cost share.
