Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience as a People/HR Business Partner.
- Direct experience supporting senior (VP+) leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience partnering with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Support organizations preferred.
- Deep expertise in HR fundamentals including performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Strong business acumen with fluency in post-sales metrics such as retention and NRR.
- Experience leading organizational design and restructuring efforts.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Demonstrated track record of using structured frameworks for ambiguous high-stakes decisions.
- Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to translate into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated bias for action and curiosity to apply AI tools responsibly.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to the SVP of Post-Sales and their leaders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Director+ leaders across the global Post-Sales organization.
- Lead headcount planning for the Post-Sales organization in partnership with Finance, RevOps, and Recruiting.
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent planning, and career development.
- Collect and analyze data, such as attrition and engagement trends, to influence business decisions.
- Assess organizational health and drive structure improvements to support scalability.
- Manage execution of People programs like performance reviews, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People Ops, Legal, and Finance to ensure alignment.
