Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in People Business Partnering or equivalent strategic HR roles.
- Demonstrated experience operating within scaling, global, and/or remote-first organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing capability across multiple leadership levels.
- Confidence in managing complex performance, organizational change, and employee relations matters.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance people impact and operational realities.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Digitally fluent with curiosity around technology, AI-enabled tools, and automation.
- Data-informed mindset with the ability to translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build structure in evolving environments.
- Experience supporting Technology organizations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leaders to strengthen leadership capability, decision-making, and people management effectiveness.
- Coach managers to handle people matters with confidence, consistency, and commercial awareness.
- Support leaders through complex challenges including team effectiveness, performance concerns, and organizational change.
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, team structures, role clarity, and workforce effectiveness.
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions with procedural rigour.
- Analyse people data and trends to provide insight-led recommendations for organizational health.
- Leverage technology and automation to improve people processes and the employee experience.
