Requirements
- Bring 2–4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a business partnership or advisory capacity.
- Have experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments.
- Understand performance management, people relations, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
- Experience supporting technical or commercial business units in fintech, banking, or technology is preferred.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading complex change initiatives is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable people plans.
- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions.
- Coach and influence leaders on talent strategy, performance management, and independent contractor engagement.
- Advise on independent contractor relations matters with the Workforce Relations COE.
- Analyze people data and present data-driven recommendations to business leaders.
- Champion change management and communication strategies within business units.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
