Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar role
- Experience supporting or managing BDR/SDR teams
- Familiarity with sales compensation processes
- Strong CRM experience, particularly HubSpot
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver sales performance dashboards and reports
- Analyze sales performance trends to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Partner with Marketing on lead routing and campaign follow-up strategies
- Coordinate sales compensation plans and commission payouts with Finance
- Maintain CRM data quality and governance standards
- Build and maintain revenue forecasting models in partnership with leadership
