- Own end-to-end delivery of Fluency for Imaging implementation projects, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, and budget from kickoff through go-live.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery resources, including application analysts, interface architects, and adoption specialists, to manage technical integrations, configuration, workflow design, and testing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading project communications, status calls, and meeting minutes.
- Track and report on implementation metrics, work requests, and change orders within the internal project management system.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure smooth transition from implementation to ongoing business-as-usual ownership.
- Support customer adoption of new features and releases through briefings, upgrade planning, and change management.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes to ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
