Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related B2B SaaS role.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent written communication skills with experience creating sales content, playbooks, or training materials.
  • Experience managing an RFP or compliance-driven documentation process.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal departments.
  • Based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers including milestones and ramp benchmarks.
  • Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology.
  • Facilitate live training sessions, role-plays, and skills workshops for new and tenured reps.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain sales playbooks, battlecards, and demo scripts.
  • Organize and maintain sales content in the enablement platform.
  • Manage the end-to-end RFP response process including intake, triage, drafting, and submission.
  • Maintain the RFP content repository and track win/loss data to improve future responses.
