Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Systems.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Experience designing, documenting, auditing, and improving GTM processes and system architectures.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales engagement, enrichment, and customer success tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues, validate integrations, and maintain data quality.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or native connectors.
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics and build reporting frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts for business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proactive ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a comprehensive view of the GTM technology ecosystem, documenting system architecture, integrations, and workflows.
- Map the end-to-end prospect and customer journey across systems to identify data gaps and process bottlenecks.
- Audit and optimize GTM workflows to replace manual, redundant tasks with automated, scalable processes.
- Manage integrations across CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success platforms.
- Establish data quality standards and monitor system performance to resolve integration issues.
- Develop reporting infrastructure and KPI frameworks to provide visibility into funnel performance and pipeline health.
- Own the GTM technology roadmap, evaluating new tools and managing vendor relationships.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
