Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar role.
- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation systems.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead lifecycle management, CRM processes, and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
- Experience using AI tools within marketing operations, including AI-assisted reporting, predictive scoring, workflow automation, or data optimization.
- Comfortable using generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT or similar tools for analysis, documentation, and workflow development.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales, revenue operations, and leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of CRM integrations, attribution models, and revenue reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the architecture, administration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the central platform.
- Build and improve marketing automation, lead scoring, lifecycle workflows, integrations, and processes that support revenue growth.
- Design scalable marketing operations strategies using automation and AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency and improve decision-making.
- Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights into campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and revenue impact.
- Ensure accurate marketing data through CRM hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and data quality management.
- Optimize lead routing, lifecycle stages, and handoff workflows to improve alignment between marketing and business development teams.
- Collaborate with web and SEO teams to ensure accurate tracking, tagging, attribution, and reporting across digital channels.
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools, integrations, and AI capabilities that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
