Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account development.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts, projects, and competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools, along with reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with media, advertising, technology, real estate, or digital solutions is preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for client meetings and market visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value homebuilder accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Own sales targets and revenue goals, consistently working toward quarterly quota achievement and account expansion.
  • Build trusted partnerships with clients through regular communication, strategic planning, and business reviews.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that help clients optimize their investment and performance.
  • Lead business reviews by analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and presenting actionable strategies.
  • Deliver product education and training sessions to help clients maximize available solutions.
  • Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support decision-making and account planning.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to provide relevant guidance and strategic context.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes and support broader business initiatives.
