Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- 3+ years in a sales leadership or management role within fintech, lending, or financial technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of auto and personal lending ecosystems, including underwriting and servicing workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and deliver against revenue targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and deal negotiation.
- Experience in enterprise-level stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with modern CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical capability for pipeline and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Account Executives focused on mid-market auto and personal lending accounts, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Own pipeline strategy and forecasting discipline by setting prospecting standards and tracking funnel health.
- Drive end-to-end deal execution, including pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract negotiation oversight.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and partnerships to align demand generation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders within lending institutions.
- Provide structured market feedback to influence product direction and go-to-market strategy.
