Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related analytical function within high-growth SaaS/technology.
- Equivalent experience in strategy consulting or investment banking with a focus on tech/SaaS.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and formula-driven analysis.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Omni, or Tableau, or SQL proficiency.
- Fluency in AI as a working tool, including use of AI assistants, prompting techniques, and agent-based workflows.
- Deep understanding of sales organization mechanics, including pipeline, forecasting, territory design, and GTM metrics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to operate with a builder mindset and thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Own reporting infrastructure including dashboards, data models, and recurring deliverables as a source of truth for the sales organization.
- Generate insights from pipeline, forecast, productivity, and revenue data, translating numbers into actionable narratives for leadership.
- Support end-to-end sales planning cycles, including capacity modeling, territory design, quota allocation, and GTM strategy development.
- Drive the forecasting operating rhythm by triangulating data to identify risks and upside.
- Apply AI tools and agent-based workflows to automate reporting, accelerate analysis, and drive operational leverage.
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to align on shared metrics and strategic priorities.
