Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role.
- At least 2-3 years in a sales management or team lead position, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep understanding of the diverse business cultures, languages, and market dynamics across the NAM region.
- Demonstrated success in managing and motivating a fully remote, geographically distributed sales team.
- Proficient with modern sales tools, including CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and forecast accurately.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous remote work environment.
- Proven experience in the vacation rental, property management, or hospitality technology industry (bonus).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of remote Account Executives across the NAM region.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, conducting regular pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the NAM market.
- Take ownership of the NAM sales pipeline from lead to close to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Refine and improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency.
- Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure alignment.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategy.
- Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance analysis to senior leadership.
