- Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management
- Assist in implementing and maintaining robust security and data access controls
- Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with Salesforce
- Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features to recommend improvements
- Assist with tickets as needed
