Sales Operations Analyst

Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, leading enhancements and integrations to support business needs.
Design and maintain advanced dashboards, workflows, and automation to improve sales productivity.
Deliver actionable insights through complex data analysis, predictive modeling, and trend identification.
Own the forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with revenue targets.
Develop and enforce standardized processes for lead management, opportunity lifecycle, and pipeline hygiene.
Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to support growth.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics.
Partner with Finance on the book of business and tying back to bookings data in Salesforce.
