Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years of quality engineering experience with hands-on testing and automation.
• Knowledge of frontend and backend application testing, API and mobile testing.
• Experience with SaaS products and integration with DevOps pipelines is a plus.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies and Agile practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate across different time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the successful launch and delivery of key Accela product releases and engineering initiatives.
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure software quality.
• Enhance frameworks for cost planning, establish OKRs/KPIs, and ensure production quality.
• Lead platform areas for functional and automation initiatives.
• Provide technical expertise in requirement analysis and scalable SaaS solutions.
• Identify gaps and define processes and workflows.
• Grow team expertise in SaaS development, test automation, and CI/CD.
• Enhance testing strategies and methodologies.
• Automate API and UI testing with JMeter and Python.
• Integrate test cycles with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the testing process.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge.
• Stay updated with industry trends.
