- Manage, grow, and develop 4-6 engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development.
- Set technical direction and own team technical execution, velocity, timelines, and quality.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering on roadmap prioritization.
- Assess engineering practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to build collaborative culture and align engineering efforts with company goals.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage cross-functional dependencies.
