Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling SaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully self-source 30% of total deals.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records within Salesforce.
- Strong desire to continuously learn and improve through feedback and self-reflection.
- Ability to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and communicate value effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for building trust and driving sales.
- A desire to advance a career in technology sales.
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, qualify, and oversee a sales pipeline approximately twice the size of the sales quota.
- Generate 30% of the sales pipeline through proactive outbound efforts including LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery and product demos to contract negotiations.
- Lead comprehensive discovery calls and engage in detailed negotiations regarding software and services.
- Maintain precise forecast reporting within 10% accuracy using Salesforce.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the nonprofit community by educating prospects on Bloomerang's value.
- Develop deep expertise in all Bloomerang tools and services.
