Requirements
- 2-3 years of tech sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Strong consultative selling approach.
- Highly self-motivated with a drive to close deals and generate prospects.
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented.
- Demonstrated persistence and tenacity in pursuing and winning opportunities.
- Availability for monthly or bi-monthly travel for trade shows, client visits, and strategic events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to exceed regional sales quotas.
- Drive new client acquisition by strategically prospecting and sourcing mid-market Property Management Companies.
- Manage and close inbound sales leads and self-sourced opportunities.
- Actively manage and forecast client pipeline to ensure consistent performance.
- Serve as a product expert, articulating the company value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Network with vendors and property managers to identify new opportunities.
