Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or management role selling technology solutions to auto and personal lenders.
- Strong understanding of lending operations, servicing workflows, procurement processes, and regulatory considerations.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of modern sales tools and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Familiarity with market research methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
- Active involvement in the lending industry (e.g., trade shows, key publications).
- Demonstrated experience leveraging modern prospecting tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives, building strategy around the sales team’s approach to the auto and personal lending market.
- Own pipeline health by setting prospecting standards and monitoring funnel conversion metrics.
- Drive consistent attainment of team sales targets by removing obstacles and ensuring disciplined execution.
- Provide oversight and approval on pricing strategy, deal structuring, and contract terms.
- Provide feedback to inform go-to-market strategies and influence product positioning.
- Work closely with C-level executives, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on demand generation and onboarding.
- Partner with the Partnership Team to deepen relationships and support joint go-to-market initiatives.
