Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, relationship selling, or complex B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Experience developing account plans and managing executive-level customer relationships.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer success, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and customer success across an existing portfolio of Emerging Growth and Mid Market accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering strategic account management.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on business and technology initiatives.
  • Identify customer challenges and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through consultative discovery.
  • Develop and execute account plans that align customer objectives with business growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design implementation strategies and deliver tailored customer solutions.
  • Monitor customer adoption, anticipate evolving business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account performance metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements and long-term satisfaction.
