Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in account management, relationship selling, or complex B2B sales.
- Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Experience developing account plans and managing executive-level customer relationships.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to understand customer business challenges and recommend strategic solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, customer success, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and customer success across an existing portfolio of Emerging Growth and Mid Market accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and delivering strategic account management.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor on business and technology initiatives.
- Identify customer challenges and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through consultative discovery.
- Develop and execute account plans that align customer objectives with business growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design implementation strategies and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Monitor customer adoption, anticipate evolving business needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and account performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful customer engagements and long-term satisfaction.
