  • Ability to manage a large book of business, prioritizing customers based on opportunity, risk, and growth.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives.
  • Own the renewals and up-selling of new products and services into our rapidly growing ecosystem of customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, leading product adoption efforts across your customer base.
  • Craft compelling narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch points.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that map out expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, owning resolution strategies.
