- Expertise with unpacking complex challenges and distilling them into simple, actionable solutions.
- Ability to manage a large book of business, prioritizing customers based on opportunity, risk, and growth.
- Strong discovery, negotiation, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage a dedicated Mid-Market book of business.
- Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted renewals and expansions to meet quota objectives.
- Own the renewals and up-selling of new products and services into our rapidly growing ecosystem of customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor, leading product adoption efforts across your customer base.
- Craft compelling narratives and prove customer value through comprehensive business reviews and strategic touch points.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that map out expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks, owning resolution strategies.
