Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting monthly or quarterly revenue targets.
- Experience in developing a 3x pipeline through a blend of inbound leads and targeted account planning.
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer success, support, marketing, legal, and product teams.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with high ambiguity and change.
- Strong product aptitude with an enthusiastic approach to exploring product capabilities.
- Proven ability to identify additional use cases and expansion opportunities.
- Excellent skills in maintaining account plans and driving product activation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and close incremental business expansion opportunities within Tier 1/Tier 2 Mid Market accounts.
- Conduct virtual enablement sessions, product activation sessions, and business reviews to drive value and growth.
- Maintain high organization and attention to detail while taking ownership of customer situations through to resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams including customer success, support, marketing, legal, and product to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Develop detailed account plans for top-tier accounts to focus on growth strategies.
- Analyze account usage to identify opportunities for increased product adoption.
