Facilitate team ceremonies including weekly syncs, backlog refinements, retrospectives, and sprint planning.
Monitor in-flight work to identify blocked items, drive resolution, and provide status updates.
Own escalation and triage for production issues, bugs, and customer escalations.
Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, Design, Product, and Architecture teams.
