Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of operations, project management, or business management experience.
- Experience working within a professional services, consulting, technology, or cybersecurity organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, managed services, or SaaS environments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with project management methodologies and operational frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience implementing automation and AI-driven business processes.
- Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related operational certifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes across the organization.
- Execute company-wide operational initiatives and strategic projects.
- Partner with department leaders to improve collaboration and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for executive leadership.
- Assist with workforce planning, capacity management, and hiring/onboarding initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement tools to improve operational efficiency and automation.
- Ensure operational processes align with internal policies and industry best practices.
