- Own and drive global paid search strategy across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and maintain paid search roadmap mapped to self-serve and sales-assist KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution: keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bidding, and ad copy.
- Partner with Web team to optimize landing experiences for both PLG and SLG paths.
- Leverage AI tools for keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Marketing Analytics and Revenue Operations on attribution and forecasting.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships.
- Champion AI adoption within the performance marketing team.
