Experience in a customer-facing role with a preference for experience in a SaaS/Security/Technology environment. Ability to communicate technical information in a way that is accessible and appealing to a general audience. Superior presentation and writing skills. Sharp eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring high-quality standards. High level of adaptability, effectively managing multiple projects concurrently. Strong time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Responsibilities:
Support sales teams with customer requests and learning resources. Assist customers with compliance needs. Actively respond to security questionnaires and other vendor registration requirements. Create valuable video and knowledge base content. Facilitate customer office hours, demos, and technical consultations.
