VP, Data Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 10 or more years of experience in analytics or data driven roles. At least 5 years leading teams at scale. Experience operating in high growth SaaS environments; cybersecurity or privacy focused domains strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in SQL and modern analytics tools including Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Looker. Familiarity with big data and cloud based technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, AWS, or GCP. Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high performing analytics teams. Exceptional communication skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics outputs to strategic and financial outcomes. Demonstrated success leading complex, cross functional initiatives.

Define and execute a modern analytics strategy and roadmap. Elevate data maturity across the organization. Ensure analytics investments support strategic decision making. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders. Establish and govern clear, consistent KPIs tied to business outcomes. Own the definition, validation, and governance of core business metrics. Develop and lead a high-performing analytics organization. Continuously assess analytics processes, tools, and operating models.
