Data Analytics Manager

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred) 8+ years of progressive experience in data-intensive environments At least 3 years in a people leadership role Strong understanding of data systems, relationships, and modeling Expertise in SQL, BI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Experience with data governance, security, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools

Lead and develop the analytics team Oversee the full analytics lifecycle Identify and implement automation opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Maintain data integrity, security, and governance standards Manage ad-hoc projects and provide guidance on complex data challenges
