Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s preferred) 8+ years of progressive experience in data-intensive environments At least 3 years in a people leadership role Strong understanding of data systems, relationships, and modeling Expertise in SQL, BI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Experience with data governance, security, and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
