SR. Data Analytics Manager

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 7+ years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence. People management experience. Proven track record of leading analytics teams and delivering insights that influenced business strategy. Strong experience with SQL and data querying. Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. Experience managing internationally distributed teams (preferred). Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, GCP) (preferred). Experience with statistical modeling or data science techniques (preferred).

Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed analytics team. Establish priorities, set goals, and manage performance. Develop and implement analytics standards, best practices, and processes. Drive deep analysis to surface trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. Oversee and guide the development of dashboards, automated reports, and analytics tools. Ensure robust data pipelines, reliable metrics, and scalable reporting solutions. Prioritize analytics projects and ensure timely delivery. Champion analytical excellence, including experiment design and KPI definition.
