- Experience driving project delivery and creating roadmaps for future work.
- Proven experience helping a team scale both in personnel and services supported.
- Experience managing a remote team.
- Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and through change.

Responsibilities
- Set and support strategic direction for the Managed Credentials and Managed Service Provider (MSP) team.
- Drive alignment and be accountable for team results relative to broader company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior individual contributors to establish an engaging technical vision.
- Work with cross-functional partners to define optimal solutions for internal and external customers.
- Scope and plan key deliverables for projects and team initiatives.
- Drive execution with a focus on quality, velocity, and effective communication.
- Provide technical leadership to developers within the team and across the organization.
- Coach individual contributors to help them reach their full potential.
- Recruit and retain top-tier talent in a fast-growing environment.
- Refine hiring, onboarding, and development processes to scale the engineering team.
